Warrior Strong kickboxing is a unique cardio kickboxing style workout that includes punching, kicking, knees, and elbows combined with a variety of strength exercises to get you a great total body workout.
No matter if you’re already in great shape, or it’s been a while since you’ve been active- we have four experienced instructors who can modify any workout as needed to help you improve without hurting yourself. We welcome all ages, sizes, genders, and fitness levels who are here to do their best!

Monday: 6pm-7pm
Tuesday: 5:45am-6:30am
Wednesday: 6pm-7pm
Saturday: 9am-10am
Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a group workout that includes a fast paced combination of strength training and cardio exercises. You never know what you’re going to get!
