A: Needing to lose weight, tone up and increase cardio to excel in my flight tests.

A: 3-4 days a week, Kickboxing and Semiprivate.

A: Don’t expect overnight results, they will come in time.

A: Last the whole hour in kickboxing without wanting to stop early.

A: Losing 50 pounds!
