About Katrina

Katrina founded The Strength Collective to create a welcoming, strength-first training space where beginners and advanced athletes can train together, get coached, and feel powerful.

With nearly two decades of leadership experience across operations, sales, and team management, she brings a high-accountability, results-driven approach to coaching. Katrina’s athletic background spans competitive swimming from age four, a black belt in Kuk Sool Won, and varsity/college volleyball.

Her coaching philosophy is simple: science-based programming, sustainable nutrition, and consistent accountability—so members build confidence, strength, and habits that last.
