I started because I needed to work on my core and balance and the workouts definitely do that.
I’m getting stronger all the time, and my balance is definitely improving.
Everyone is very helpful always. I never feel judged, always encourage me so I feel as though I can almost do anything!!
It’s the best gym environment I’ve ever seen. People from all walks of life, all types of bodies, and all fitness levels are working out there at any given time and it genuinely feels comfortable to be there.
When I started personal training, I had injured my back and could barely walk. After working with The Strength Collective I can walk and do anything pain-free. I can even deadlift almost 200 pounds!
The Strength Collective has become a second family. I love that everyone is uplifting, supportive and encouraging. I have gotten a lot stronger, gained a lot of muscle tone, along with my energy levels have drastically increased.
What I love about working out at The Strength Collective is the people, from the top to the bottom. It’s a real community & very encouraging and inspiring.
I love the community! I work from home most days – so this feeds my movement need, but my emotional and social needs too.

I got blood work done after my 6 month checkup, and my A1C, cholesterol, triglycerides all went down and are in normal range. While they have not been really high or a need for any meds, they are all in the normal range for the first time in 5 years.
In 8 weeks, I exceeded my goal of losing a few pounds. I lost 12 pounds! I utilized the nutritional guidance from Jenna and learned so much about my body and my eating habits. My energy level has improved, I actually enjoy working out and learning. The individual attention given by the trainers is great! 10/10 recommend!
A year after total knee replacements i was still having a lot of pain. I’d never been to a gym before, but when I walked in I felt hope!
It was very hard but I put in the work and I’m so happy I did! It’s a journey I could not have taken alone without the tremendous support from my trainers and coaches.
